Chhavi Banswal

Chhavi is a journalist turned policy professional, with a Master’s in Public Policy from National Law School, Bengaluru. Having worked on both - the Government as well as Business side of things, she is keenly interested in the intersections of policy, technology and gender.

She has drafted reports with exhaustive policy recommendations that were tabled and adopted by the Delhi Legislative Assembly. In her last role at Ola Mobility Institute, she led the Future of Work & Platform Economy vertical. She specializes in evidence-based advocacy strategies and has closely worked with the Central as well as State Governments on the Code on Social Security, just transition of the labour force through EV skill development.

Outside of professional pursuits, she enjoys mixed martial arts and reflexively quoting movies to an uninterested audience.
